Alorica Repays Outstanding Debt, Outlook Improves

On December 14, 2020, S&P Global Ratings raised its issuer credit rating on Alorica Inc. to CCC+ from CCC-. The Company has fully repaid its outstanding debt at par plus all accrued interest through a combination of a new asset-based loan facility, a first-lien term loan and preferred equity, according to the ratings agency. This refinancing–alongside better-than-anticipated operating performance during the COVID-19 pandemic–has improved the Company's credit measures and liquidity position.
